A typical initial cleaning for an average space might take two persons anywhere from 3 to 5 hours each. If your space is especially large or hasn't been cleaned in ages, then times would, of course, run longer.

How Does Dry Vapor Steam Cleaning Work?
When dry steam is applied to a surface, the super-active vapor molecules penetrate the tiny nooks and crannies in the material, forcing out dirt, grease, and contaminants. The hot steam provides the added bonus of killing most spores, bacteria, and other pathogens, including viruses. Mold & mildew, fleas and flea eggs, as well as dust mites and their eggs, are all destroyed without the use of toxic cleaning liquids or insecticides.
