All hourly rates listed below are per cleaner.
A free onsite estimate is always performed prior to an initial cleaning and will determine your actual costs. We look forward to meeting with you and learning your particular preferences and priorities.
Details concerning rates and services can be found in the .PDF version of our rate sheet. A printed copy of our rate sheet will also be provided to you at the time of our initial onsite estimate.
Green Glove™ Initial Deep Cleaning Service - $35.00 per hour
- Deep Clean bathroom(s) and kitchen.
- Clean exterior of all appliances and cabinets.
- Vacuum floors and carpets, dust & clean behind and under beds, furniture, desks, etc.
- Clean telephones, office & A.V. equipment.
- Dust & damp wipe all horizontal surfaces including shelves, counters, and tabletops.

- Dust & damp wipe high mouldings and trim.
- Dust & damp wipe windowsills and baseboards.
- Damp mop floors.
- Spot clean around light switches, door handles and trim, cabinet pulls, etc.
- Tidy up.
- Carry out trash and recyclables.

A $15.00 - $35.00 Initial Product Charge is additional.
8.375% NYC Sales Tax will be added to your total.
A fee of 20% of your estimated initial cleaning total will be assessed for cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. |
Green Glove™ Allergy Service (dry vapor steam cleaning) may be added
during an initial cleaning for an additional flat charge of $45.00. |

The Supply/Subway charge is $4.50 for residential cleaning and $5.50 for office cleaning. This charge is necessary because, each time we clean, we bring our own non-toxic cleaning products, sponges, and scrub pads. This charge includes the cost of one-way subway fare (currently $2.00) for our cleaners.
If you choose to purchase a basic starter kit of EnviroNaturals® non-toxic products for your space, we will waive the entire $2.50 supply cost for apartments and deduct $2.50 from the supply cost for offices.
